Caviare and fish products are delivered in compliance with the storage temperature requirements applicable to this product category. Delivery temperature from +2 to +6 °C. We deliver products in styropor (thermal insulation) packaging with added gel ice packs to ensure that the product temperature corresponds to the required storage temperature during delivery regardless of the time of year.

In cases products are delivered by CaviarHouse.LV company in the territory of Riga a thermal box is not used, instead products are delivered in bags with Lemberg logo using gel ice packs in summer.

Delivery within the Baltic states is performed by the courier service VENIPAK on working days (with the exception of Monday) from 8:00 to 17:00 on the next day after an order has been dispatched from the office of CaviarHouse.LV.

An order on the company's site can be placed at any hour of day or night, but orders received on Thursday and Friday are dispatched to the customer on Monday of the next week, since the courier service does not deliver packages during the weekend.

The usual waiting time from the moment of placing an order to receiving the package is 1-3 days.

The following payment methods can be used:
1. Payment by a bank transfer through the internet banking system based on an invoice issued by "CaviarHouse.LV" company.
2. Payment by credit card or in cash at the time of delivery of the order by the courier of VENIPAK.
3. Inhabitants and guests of Riga and Daugavpils may fetch the order from us and pay for it using any convenient payment method at our offices:
Riga: Kr. Barona Street 88/2, Floor 1;
Daugavpils: Rigas Street 24, Floor 2.
4. Online payments via PaySera/SEB payment system (using the Internet banks available in your area)
