Delicate pancakes with red and black caviar - what could be tastier

Ingredients:
Red caviar: 150 gr
Black caviar: 50 gr
Wheat flour: 250-300 gr
Eggs: 2 pcs.
Milk: 700 ml
Sugar: 1-2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil: 20 ml
Salt: on the tip of a knife

Preparation:
1. In a deep bowl, beat eggs with sugar and salt.
2. Pour in milk and beat again until smooth.
3. Add flour in small portions, stirring constantly. Then pour in vegetable oil and stir thoroughly.
4. Bake pancakes in a preheated pan for 1-2 minutes on both sides and stuff with caviar
