- Spaghetti – 300 g
- Seafood salad «Medusa» - 450 g
- Cream 20% - 150 ml
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- A mixture of dried herbs (oregano, basil, rosemary and others)
- Salt, pepper – according to your taste

1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente (almost ready)
2. Fry the crushed garlic cloves in butter and olive oil a little and remove the cloves immediately so that only flavor remains in the oil
3. Add dried herbs, salt and pepper, and trickle in cream. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer slightly until thickened
4. Mix seafood and spaghetti, add sauce and stir everything
5. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with herbs as desired
