If you love Japanese cuisine, try making caviar rolls at home.
Ingredients you will need
Avocado - 1 piece
Cream cheese - 250 grams
Lightly salted salmon - 150 grams
Rice - 100 grams
Black caviar Amur Royal or Osietra Malossol

1. In a glass of hot water, boil rice until tender. Cool down.
2. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into thin strips.
Salmon cut into strips.
3. Spread cling film on the work surface, arrange the salmon strips, lay out the rice, cheese and avocado. Roll the mass into a roll.
4. Cut the resulting roll into rolls. Arrange black caviar Amur Royal or Osietra Malossol on top.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
